How Adelo Consulting collects, uses and protects information submitted through this website and during engagements.

Information we collect
When you contact us through this site, we collect the information you choose to provide: name, work email, organization, role, and the substance of your enquiry. We also collect standard server and analytics information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
We ask that you do not submit protected health information, patient records or confidential case materials through this website. Where an engagement requires such material, we provide an encrypted transfer method under a written agreement.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond to you, to assess whether we can help, and to run a conflict screen before accepting an engagement. We use analytics information to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your enquiry with third parties for marketing purposes.
Protected health information
Where Adelo Consulting handles protected health information during an engagement, we do so under the terms of a written agreement, which may include a business associate agreement where applicable. PHI is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to consultants assigned to the engagement, and retention and destruction follow the schedule set out in the engagement documents.
Data retention
Enquiry information is retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our conflict register. Engagement records are retained according to the terms of the relevant engagement agreement and applicable professional and legal requirements.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by writing to hello@adeloconsulting.com. Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. We will honor applicable rights requests.
